APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Rio Rancho

I love these townhomes!! I have lived in my town home for two years and now upgrading to a three bedroom next month. Leslie is amazing!! She is always so nice and understanding. She seems to always make time for me and my millions of questions and she doesn't seem impatient or annoyed when I show up 10 minutes before closing time. We recently had an issue with the A/C and maintenance was here same day to check it out and give us portable units. They then had the A/C back up and running better then it has before within the week. With the transfer Leslie has been very informative and patient as I weigh my options. The town house them selves and so quite and the neighbors are friendly. The pool, gym, and movie theater have been updated and look amazing!! The lamps that have been put in were an excellent touch to the property. We recommended this complex to all our friends and family looking for places to live.

Sam, the maintenance man was a great help when I needed my problems done. Got them done the same day and he also alway has the property looking good which I love

Samuel and Leslie are excellent office staff. They're very friendly and answer to all requests. The pool area is incredible and spotless every day. We'll enjoy it this summer!

Best townhome community in ABQ. Extremely quiet community in a safe neighborhood. Townhomes are spacious, have backyards, and a lot of storage.

Perfect community for my family right next to sprouts and all my shopping spots. The units are so spacious, quiet and my neighbors are so kind here.

Easy and quick process…great service and responsiveness…townhomes are clean and well kept. Great place to call home!
