My family and I recently moved into Terra at Enchanted Hills in Rio Rancho, and we absolutely love it here! It’s such a beautiful little community everything you need is within arm’s reach: stores, gas stations, and great schools. The area is clean, safe, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. From day one, we were welcomed with such care. The property itself is very well maintained you can really tell the team here takes pride in their work. The movie theater is such a fun bonus, and the pool and gym are both great amenities for families. We met Phil, the regional manager, who showed us around and helped us get into our new home right away. He was very friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff. Carladee, the property manager, also introduced herself and made us feel so welcome! she’s so kind and genuine. Matthew, the maintenance manager, is excellent at his job and always professional. He introduced himself right away when we had an issue with our dryer making a loud noise. He checked it out, ordered the needed part, and got it fixed quickly! You’ll often see him around the property making sure everything is clean, working, and taken care of. You can tell this team truly knows what they’re doing. The neighbors are also very friendly, which makes it feel even more like home. Overall, I’m extremely impressed and happy with our move to Terra at Enchanted Hills. Highly recommend this community!

I have lived here 2 1/2 years and really enjoy it. Things have changed since the last management was here, but I mean, that's part of change. Especially going from privately owned to a corporation. I like that they have recently been doing events, like the taco Tuesday and the community garage sale. Hoping they keep doing events like that to get our community together more. Lesley in the office is nice and professional, the neighbors are cool, and the townhomes are quiet while I stream for work. Anytime we have an issue, we let the office know, and she tries to fix it ASAP if she can. Samuel is also fast and gets things done right away. I often see him working late to try and make sure the community is taken care of. I suggest them to everyone I know looking for a nice and affordable place. As for the lady who mentioned "1" review accounts, we are residents. I know for myself, I just don't post reviews often, and when I do, it's usually through a website vs Google. I'm sorry your experience differs from ours, but it's not right to say we aren't residents to try to deter people from living here.

I love these townhomes!! I have lived in my town home for two years and now upgrading to a three bedroom next month. Leslie is amazing!! She is always so nice and understanding. She seems to always make time for me and my millions of questions and she doesn't seem impatient or annoyed when I show up 10 minutes before closing time. We recently had an issue with the A/C and maintenance was here same day to check it out and give us portable units. They then had the A/C back up and running better then it has before within the week. With the transfer Leslie has been very informative and patient as I weigh my options. The town house them selves and so quite and the neighbors are friendly. The pool, gym, and movie theater have been updated and look amazing!! The lamps that have been put in were an excellent touch to the property. We recommended this complex to all our friends and family looking for places to live.

I love how quiet the townhomes are and that there is a lot of room in our townhome. The neighbors have always been so nice and friendly. Leslie is always so nice and understanding. Even when I ran into some medical and financial problems, they worked with me to get back on track.

We recently moved here, so far it’s been a pretty positive experience! Noise is non existent which is RARE, it did take some time to get into these townhomes but the leasing staff was very helpful and patient with all our questions. Well worth the wait! We love our new home

I have lived in this complex for roughly two years and there is nothing but positive things to say. The grounds are well kept, units are beautiful and includes utilities and the Buchanan's are amazing people. There are community spaces such as a gym, pool, and theater room that are amazing and are great for hosting events or just enjoying some time with the family.
